review and all that sort of thing. I expect its a good deal a little ribbon with a star on it for every man, to show that on a certain day he performed his duty well. We are entitled to wear another star on our campaign ribbon too. It's a regular Dakota day the wind is blowing a gale our tent pole is creaking & groaning and the canvas roof is popping like gun shots. Sure hope it stands the racket and I guess it will for we have it pegged down well and the stone walls should stand. We had some cold drinks last night from that stuff you sent me in my box. Got some sugar from the mess hall so didn't have to use the saccharin?? We don't have a corn popper as yet but I guess we will make one out of aluminum with the sheet metal man's help Must close for this afternoon - Love Johnny
