Strawberry or Raspberry Cream Take 2 Tablespoonsfull of Jam 1/2 pint of new Milk 3/4 oz of Isinglass 2 Table spoonsful of Brandy First take the Jam and mix with a small quantity of New Milk, stain it through a sieve, then put the Isinglass with the remainder of the new Milk into a saucepan and boil it 10 Minutes, then mix the Brandy, loaf sugar and Jam altogether, strain the new Milk and Isinglass through a flannel Bag, then mix all together and whip it well.
