To cook Bacon and Sausages place embers in the back of oven and leave oven open. Baking time for Meat and potatoes 2 1/4 HRS. Before putting desert in oven. Refuel and heat oven. Don't use coal. Always have ready a Bass broom, kettle camp. and piug. Life of oven in 12 months. Must be what worked every so often. pug is hard you can say meat is done.
