Kingsbridge, Devon 12 July 1944 Dear Helen - Hi and so forth! Know exactly where you are and have known for ages but couldn't get there! Glad you've got such a nice set-up - our unit was an unhappy one - both meaning the post and the ARC! Janie the other rec worker got transferred to the 100th Evac the very day the invasion started and two weeks later I was called in to Hdqts (had asked for a transfer way back Feb 1st)
