for tools for our work shop. All one has to do is hand out a big smile and a little sweet talk and the hammers files - tin ships - vises - etc. are not too hard to come by. However tools are quite a criticle item and we never have enough of them. Social life consists of swimming at a nearby lake or in the bay dances at various officers clubs or dinner on a ship. There is an extreme shortage of women so it is impossible to keep up with all the invitations that come in. I still can enjoy the dehydrated foods at our mess so place a high priority on invitations with a meal attached you know the old Lippe appetite. It is very hot here. Dusty
