Saving...
us, and the greatest Mother of the all, waiting with warm hearts and ice cold milk. And there I was 20 minutes from home, and couldn't just go off by myself. Oh, no, we had one day at the camp from which we left on our "great adventure" and then 5 more days on a train before I got to see my man. I don't have to tell you, do I, that it was well worth it. And, whats more, I actually did finish one glove. It was a surprise to me when all the little "gizzards" fit! He will simply have to wait for his next birthday for the other glove. Besides, now that we are together, presents seem most unimportant. Unless its the one for me. You know all the way back, I bemoaned the fact that I had none of my pretty nighties with me. What should be awaiting my arrival but the most beautiful night gown, the kind you dream about but never expect to see, Oh, Helen, its great! Everything, I mean. Now, whats with you? Look, all this time, and no mention of the lovely gift I received from you prior to my departure from England. That was indeed thoughtful of you. And such a delightful gift too. Why three, tho? Thank you, sweets, and do write. Love Jay Aronson
