Good Pudding. "English" J. 3 pint bowl flour. 1 of chopped raisins 1of currants, 1 of suet, chopped very fine, 1 cup milk, 4 eggs, 2 nutmegs, 1 teaspoon salt, sweeten a very little, and eat with sauce, - before eating however it should be boiled 3 hours. German Puff. #1 Mrs. R. 8 tablespoons flour, - cut into 1 quart of milk, 1/2 pound butter, set it near the fire to melt - 8 eggs - 1 nutmeg - 1 teaspoon cinnamon mix to a smooth batter. Bake in cups 15 mins. -another.- F.C.R. 1 pint milk, 4 eggs, 4 tablespoons flour, 2 of butter, bake them in cups, when done sift sugar over them, & eat with Wine Sauce. "over: Poo Man Pudding. O.K. "Clifford" 1 cup Suet chopped very fine. 1 cup Molasses, 1 of raisins 3 of flour, 1 of milk, saleratus enough to foam Molasses Salt if you wish Boil 3 hours.
