Put it in a small jar and tie on a paper. Steam from 4 to 7 hours according to the quantity of meat. If you want it weaker add boiling water when it is ready. This meat will only make about a tablespoonful. Lemonade Roll a lemon a little to soften it. Pare the rind off very thin. Put it in a jug and squeeze in the lemon juice keeping back the pips. Add 1 oz loaf sugar and pour a breakfast cupful of boiling water over it. Cover the jug and let cool, then strain it. Oranges may be used in the same way.
