Sweet Pepper Relish 1 dry green peppers " " red " " " onions (large) 1/2 cup of salt. 3 cups " sugar. 3 pts of vinegar 2 teaspoons of celery seed. Take seeds out of peppers. Run onions and peppers through meet grinder. Scald twice and drain. Boil 15 -or 20- minutes. Be sure to scald onion & pepper after putting through grinder.
