Orange Marmalade One grapefruit, one orange, and one lemon. Cut up fine all but core and seed or better run through meet grinder. Then add twice as much as water and let stand over night. The next morning add 1 pt of sugar for each pt of liquid and boil 2 hrs. if too stiff add more water as it cooks away.
