Uncooked Fudge 1 lb xxxx Sugar 1/4 lb Bakers chocolate 1/4 lb Butter 2 tblsp cream vanilla to taste 1 egg Cream the butter + yokes of egg with a little sugar. Melt chocolate over boiling water and add to creamed mixture. Then add the cream beaten white of egg + vanilla and gradually add sugar beating until of desired consistency.
