Saving...
them, there is a strange tree down here that has funny little cups on the roots, the roots run above the ground a couple of feet and at intervals a leader goes down into the soil, at each kneed these cups form they fill with rain water & the monkeys drink from them, dont know just what kind of drug they use in the water but I guess its quite effective. Sure am glad about Anton & Dads clover crop, that will sure do the [illegible] good to plow under that heavy crop. What crop it should raise next year. Think as the farm builds up and improves Anton shows more interest. Electricity on the place will be a great improvement too. What ails those darn kids from town anyhow that they always want to destroy things. Hope the oats turns out well for everyone. My laundry came back this morning so I'll have to put it away. Sure am glad it has for I was getting mighty dirty we need more fatigues at least I do the way I sweat. Only are authorized two pairs altho I have an extra pair I still cant keep clean. Will close with this for its almost time for pay formation! Love Johnny
