Saving...
One of the fellows in the barracks is from (indecipherable) and he had quite an extreme cliffing about that (indecipherable) Training school affair. Sounds like a bad situation, too bad things like that happen. Lunch was poor again today, seasoned chicken for dinner but when you can tell by the feathers left on whether the kind was Rhode island red or Plymouth rock it isn't particularly appetizing. Spaghetti + meat sauce for supper and that's not a favorite of mine either, expect I'll get a hamburger pretty soon. I had a letter from grandma (which I couldn't make out) + one from aunt Cara day before yesterday, forgot whether I told you or not. So grandma must be okay. As of Sept. 6, there is no more receiving of letters out of here so I guess this (indecipherable) wire just having there final fling lately. Reckon there was so much bad feeling and unrest among the men some of the (indecipherable) shot through it best to check pretty closely. No I can't imagine Jack Follows as grandpa. Didn't know Mary Helen was unmarried now or is she? Maybe she'll settle down a little after awhile. Will put I'm a bunch more good pictures tonight- Love Johnny Rumors are flying hot and heavy, be away from here within a week is the hottest one. I'm not banking on it however.
