Saving...
suspect that Paris was having war times. The streets are very busy, and buisness of all kinds going on as usual. My first impression of Paris is rather over powering. It is evidently a wonderful city. But I shall write of that later. Today there is much to do to get properly settled. This is America's glorious Fourth. Only an American flag hanging out here and there remind one here what it is. I don't hear any fire crackers and there seems to be little chance that even a bombardment from a Zeppelin will furnish fireworks. With my love. Conger.
