a few days visit. Malen wrote us his vacation would begin today or tomorrow. This is Friday. And Mother wrote us they were expecting you today or tomorrow, Father is sure you will come home with Ernest when he comes. We certainly are very anxious to see you. It looked mighty good to see the same old letter postmarked "Iowa City." This leaves us very well as I hope it will find you. I'm so sorry you have so much trouble finding a place to live. I wish I could take you in. Your loving Mother.
