Saving...
Rome pass when it comes thru (if & when). Im glad to hear Ole is going back in the yard after his long vacation. At least he is one who can be depended on at all times and after thirty years should know all about that place. No I havent seem Ralph Pixler again but perhaps I will soon. We arent so far apart but there doesnt even seem time to go anyplace. Should take a pass tho & look up Pix & Spud Ballard. There was little mail tonight again and I wasnt lucky but perhaps tomorrow. Sure look forward to mail call and am ashamed I dont write better letters and oftener. Shotgun caught a couple more mice today he is surely a hunter and a welcome visitor at most anyones tent when he catches the little pests. Since he's been around we havent been bothered with them. Tomorrow is P.X. day again so I'll have to sweat out the line and see what we get. It's usually the first there who get most of the stuff tho they try and put it out fairly. Guess this is all for tonight -- Love Johnny
