be bothered by flies. Reminded me of that paper weight Jim got some where a long time ago, this one can sit almost as still but not for such long periods. We had a little shower last night which moistened the ground in about a half inch. Before breakfast I put in those morning glory seeds so we'll see if they grow. Gave half of them to another fellow who wanted some by his house. Put them on the north side where the afternoon sun wont be so hard on them. We'll put in the others too and if the ground would get wet down & softened up I'll put in some garden seeds. Had fried chicken for supper tonight and it was pretty good but not like what I'd have at home. They try to give us good meals I think but the distance it has to travel is a handicap. One of the fellows has manufactured a boat from a couple of old airplane gas tanks and a little motor
