Saving...
too hot to sit in a theatre full of men. Should go over to the P.X on the far side of the field and see what they have in their gift shop. Would like to send Jim & Irma something they've both always been so nice to me and I've never sent them anything. I havent seen a thermometer since I've been down here, reckon they keep them out of sight for the bad physcological affect it might have. Must be pretty hot tho the way everyone sweats. I'll bet the corn is booming tho and high time no doubt. We get grape fruit and oranges here (sunkist brand) they are nice but the grapefruit are local I think and not very good very seedy and quite bitter. Cant understand why they dont serve us bananas which everyone would enjoy. We also get apples from the states but they arent very nice apt to be rotted guess they've been too long in storage.
