we first got here but I think they've done away with that now. Tomorrow is our big inspection day & my day off hope we dont get restricted for Id kind of like to go into town for a change. At least I could visit the U.S.O. downtown, they serve excellent food they say. Must go to the P.X. and get some foot powder, use a lot to keep from getting that darn atheletes foot which is so prevalent down here. Havent been able to get any good tooth paste either lately try most every day to get some Colgates ribbon which I like best. Couldnt hear much of the presidents speech last night there is a radio in the hangar but reception was bad last night, we are to have a rebroadcast this afternoon at two thirty. Love Johnny
