for myself too & send it home. Wonder if Ralph Pixlers folks asked for his discharge to help in the business. There have been a few fellows get out down here on that score. Mostly farm fellows tho. Hope he does get out tho and back home. Dad have you material for temporary silos this year just in case the corn crop doesnt make. Reckon Bill would want to put one up so we could save as much as possible and have feed at any rate. How many cattle do we have on the place? What is the deal on that B.C. timber land. I've heard vaguely about it for years but never knew. Was old Hancock in on it, sell it, executor or what. That's a good deal getting that low spot at the yard crushed rocked, regular scotch trick Pop, make sure they dont scrape it up too close when they are cleaning up. Do you know what size stockings Aunt Ethel would wear, Mom, Uncle Raymond sent me a little money to get her something from down here for her birthday & I havent seen anything else as useful or nice.
