skim thru to the last chapter where they all live happy ever after. You evidently are in line for the secret service assignment you mentioned. I am very glad and know you will make good. I am going to miss your letters - they were one of the chief pleasures of our friendship to me - and if you are see a blister here and there on this epistle - it is only the tribute of a little lonesome tear.
