a literary man.) Tonight when everyone else is in bed I shall write you a letter all by myself. I have twice started to make candy for you. I sent you one box and suppose you have it by this time. But both of the other times some of the girls begged me to let them make it. Helen Rogers worked all Monday afternoon on some "Sea Foam" and "Fudge", and spoiled both. She cried like a baby. I
