tiny part of the way she loves him. Now in case this letter is months reaching you, you'll be months learning how this lady wants her mail addressed. I'm going to send this to New York and trust to luck. If you are gone I know the Sanborns will forward it. I have already sent mail to your address "over there" so you needn't have told me, old smarty cat. (I'm thinking of the cat who gets boxes of stuffed dates from the M.E. S.S. I'm not thinking of army mess so don't try any puns.) Honey, I regretted the fact that my Seniors know of your wire to me so I have told them a lil' black lie. In fact, it is all over school that you are stationed in this country indefinitely and every one is saying how fortunate I am. I don't get a bit of sympathy any more -- and I don't need it, either.
