My dear Seniors,-- Before sailing for France I want to express to you something of the delight I have experienced in reading your several messages of congratulation and good wishes. Trix Croft was right when she called me "the luckiest man in the world." I am that, first, because I have had the supreme good fortune to win the love of the girl who is to you the "dearest teacher" and "mother," and to me the most wonderful wife
