cots and bedding rolls. With mine I fixed up a bed that does very well. Yesterday I acquired a soap-box, fitted it up as a dressing table with the equipment afforded by the excellent toilet case you gave me, and now I have all the comforts of a boudoir - almost. The toilet case is great! I had been using my usual outfit before because I was usually where most of the implements necessary were easily accessible. Here I needed a handy way of carrying everything. Your thoughtful foresight had provided it for me. The life here is a little bit of real sojering. Soldiers and officers to right of me and left and all about all the time - all working hard to prepare for the campaign ahead. The Sammies look right warlike in their steel helmets.
