say. It's sometimes desirable to be able to prove the point. When I looked into the camera I was thinking "What did I do with all those peanuts?" - which accounts for the twisted expression. Smarty! Last night I put my lamp on the stand beside my bed - the one in which - but never mind - and after I had warmed a long narrow slot between the icy sheets (having no wife to send ahead to do that for me) I proceeded to open your latest letter, comprising three well-covered folders of stationery - and entertain myself. Your quotations from the nonsense book hit me in a very appropriate mood. Only once before have I enjoyed them so much. How did you know I was dying to read some of that stuff? It was only a few days ago that I asked you to send me the book. I want to try writing
