a cook. I think I'll take an option on Madame Martine against that time. Meanwhile it will be piles of fun. I propose to have a hand in the operations myself if you'll let me. You know I used to broil steaks and roast legs o' mutton and steam puddings and so on as a regular Sunday morning sport. I'd rather do it than loaf while someone else is doing it. - and much rather than mow the lawn. We might take turn about. S' help me, but it's amuzing to speculate on these things.
