Saving...
almost neglected to eat. It was powerfully interesting, but I discovered that there is such a thing as one's becoming tired of interesting things. I was glad when nine o'clock arrived to take me back to the office. I'll wager the judge is talking yet. How very much I should like to eat dinner again with no one but you with me! And I should want you across from me so I could look at you, even if my doing so did "fuss" you. Captain Adams says that after the war he is going to take a day off, grab his wife by the hand, go up on a mountain and just look straight ahead. It's an idea. Lov' bress your li'l wooly head. 'Bye. Conger. Conger Reynolds 2nd Lt, AGD XXXXXXX
