Sept 15 1942 Dearest: We spent today making floats to get our equipment across bodies of waer it was different than the training we have had lately I am just waiting to go to eat we got cleaned up early this evening we are going to a show after supper. I heard today we will be here 3 more weeks at least I think that is about right this seems to be to be a dry litter the is nothing new. Tomorrow we go out on the range
