(3) It is almost impossible to get man or woman in the country there are so many jobs they would rather do it seems. Rasmus stays & if he goes we may not have any one he wants to stay but complains some of rheumatism. I think he will get along. We may be able to get some one to help when they pick corn, they will need help. Well, they will get by some way but I hate to have Tom & Dad work too hard. I will have to close now will try to write again, and let me hear from you, just a card as I know you are busy & have Lloyds letters to write. Aunt Bess is coming home from Minn. in a couple of weeks. I guess she is pretty well, but not strong. Have written only twice to Maurice. Writing is a job for me - Love - Mother -
