I can't see now why it took me so long to think of it! Of course the living room rug is as good as ever. I put a new pad under it two years ago and I think it is well worth it. I priced padding for the dining room rug as long as it was the big one I was putting there now, but I haven't decided to get a pad yet. There are mechanical things I've let go. As Miss Calderwood says, she may be mechanically minded but she doubts if I am! I think there has to be enough projects left for you know you can't have a life of entire leisure!
