2 It is getting late because I've been interrupted by a phone call, had a bath, and called it enough for tonight on the ironing. I've left the board up to do more in the morning. My secretary's boy comes on Thursday on the Queen Mary. He is a ground crew kid - in Eng with the 8th Air Force. I'm so glad to be getting mail from you again. It is the next best to having you come. I love my husband. I'm glad to have your name and be your wife. Love, Laura
