Saving...
3 Earl worked today. His father isn't very well. Irene is taking care of him. They are going out tonight to see him. Hazel and I talked by phone, so I happened to get the news that way. Sometimes we go to church together when Earl works, but today we decided not to go. She wanted to go to St. Pauls and I don't find Dr. Bready a bit of help, so I didn't care to go there. He is still putting on pretty good shows and travel lectures, but not worship services as I find them helpful. Today was warmer. I thought the wind yesterday would bring us our delayed winter weather. But I think it has maybe gone around this time. My hair is longer now. And I do it up with a roll in front of, or maybe I should say above, the ears. And then I roll the back like always. Would you like a new photo? If you would, I'd be happy to get one. I'm having trouble getting the film size 127 that you requested. Leone got one and Mrs. Hunt's daughter found one in Mt Vernon. I have our name on a list for later delivery, however. I'll send what I can get. And if there is anything - necessary or luxury, you would like, please say so in your letters. Then I can get it accepted at the P.O. But I can send only 8 oz. if I have no letter requesting the items. Do you have enough to read? If not, what would you like? Did you ever get the "Time" subscription I ordered for you? I'll close and go to bed now. I'm always in my place. I love my husband. I hope I can be a help and a joy to you. Laddie, Love Laura
