I certainly am glad you don't work regularly with the dynamite crew. Do you suppose the county will ever get around to buying the kind of dynamite Jordan says does not make you sick? John will certainly be as good to Mother as possible. I appreciate your regard for him because of the good way he has treated both of your parents. Last night Rose ate at my apartment and tonight we had supper at hers. It is better to eat together than to try to cook for one along. Wait until I practice my cooking on you. I hope you won't be a victim of too much suffering then. All for now. It will take a lot of letters to carry me along here without you for two weeks. Goodnight, Sweetheart Love, Laura
