napped between jangles of the phone as I was quite tired and sleepy after I'd fixed my lunch. Then to Hazels for supper. Then to show to see "Mrs Wiggs of the Cabbage patch" - you may remember that childs' story. now we're lunching at Third Ave. Virginia. We'll take this over to mail. Aunt Min called. Sends her greetings to you. Two letters. So glad to get them I called Hazel right away and she told Carl the information before he went to work. I've no hope on the subject, yet I still think we should try. I don't hope or pray that you'll get out of the army; rather I pray we'll be made tough
