817-19 St. S.E. Cedar Rapid, Iowa January 14, 1942 Dearest, A good letter today too laddie. I was afraid maybe there would not be a letter if they started to move you. Do you wish more of the blue lined envelopes to match the paper you've been writing on? I couldn't put all of it in your kit (I bought the box of paper separately) so I put in all it would hold and brought the rest home. I've used all the paper but as usual have the envelopes to spare. They could be mailed easily if I'd slip them into the next size long envelope. Up and speak your mind and your wife will act accordingly. I'm glad to have you having a good meal and decent weather. monday must have been an exceptionally good day for you even if there
