5 If you don't think you'll get out and won't be long in the States either, call me up again soon if it is possible. I was afraid before when I thought about it that talking to you by phone might make me feel all the worse, but it doesn't, it helps make things easier, and easier to be tough. If you should get a discharge I'd like to meet you in Chicago maybe. Sue is Secretary to the President, of the Central YMCA College on South La Salle St. She is at home at 151 west Burton Place. Her phone is under the name of her roommate, Helen De Vault. This sounds so foolishly optomistic but it is a thought I had if you came home. I love my husband. I'll wait for your letters, knowing you'll send one whenever possible and resort to phone, wire or cable when suitable. I had a fine rest last night. I was in the place you fixed. Love, Laura
