Saving...
6 us on the paper of these letters, no amount of time is too much to spend writing them. We have always dealt truthfully and directly with each other and we conduct ourselves honorable whether checked-up on or not by anyone. You've increased my knowledge and have both shown each other somethings of beauty (in nature and life both) that were in a new light because our companion showed us, and that accounts for all but abiding love. Abiding love is so big, so important and so helpful I couldn't add it into the other sentence. We always write or tell each other every day "I love you", and as we've gone on in time as man and wife those same three words have grown richer and seem to say more every time. We are young, we have built truthfully and carefully and we have love to sustain us. I believe we'll build a new home that will be good, and I hope no one ever wishes we had not lived and that many will be glad that we did live. To my husband then, in closing this letter I say, I love you. I'll be in the place you fixed again tonight. Last night I was there ten hours. Love, Laura
