2 ment there wouldn't be mail service until the job was done. It is good to have news of Maurice. When I get news from you then I'll really have everything under control. I'm wondering now if you will be in his area. The time that is elapsing makes me think maybe you are going in that same region. Wouldn't it be funny if you two met somewhere? Too good a coincidence to even speculate about. When you write tell me which of your buddies went with you. The Caryl's are worried about George so tell me what you know of him. And Honn & Bunce too. And say what you can in description of the region and your eating and living conditions. I have to fix up a speech to give to mother old Philanthropic Dept. tomorrow. I'll have to get down to brass tacks on the matter. It is sort of a hard group to address. But I'll try to do it so Mother would be pleased.
