2 before eight and it hasn't started to snow again so you see it was just a flurry. But it made the threat for a few minutes. There were two swell plays on the radio tonight, so I've been real busy getting them attended to! But now it is your letter that will get my attention. Today was busy but no special things went on. My usual Monday afternoon office hours. I am hunting a new boarding home for an eight year old girl. I think we could deal well with her if we had her to board with both of us home. Maybe that makes you a reason to be glad for the war! if I dreamed up ready made children for you! You know what I mean. This child has a father who pays, but her mother is a depressed mental case. Child is quite a hopeful prospect.
