a lot of the grain is in the county. The yard needs mowing again soon. After supper I got Mrs. Dilley and we went out for some eggs. I now have all the acquaintance renewing done. You know I did not want to see her for the first time since I've been back in C.R. at the store; and every time I went to her apt. she was out. Betty had told her I had called. She said she was ashamed to admit it but she guessed she had to lose the dog before she got a proper sense of values and could give her time and attention to more important things than Patsy. So, that is an achievement. Our of a clear sky from her that was quite a statement. She always is peppy and optomistic,
