Saving...
It was warm today, but pleasant. Mother felt pretty good even though she did have the strain of the hair job. Yesterday she said she felt heavy all over, but not sick. Today she ate well. Jordan told Ray yesterday afternoon that Irene continues to mend.. She seems to be making better progress than any one hoped. I am certainly glad. I may help her out a little at home after she comes home if they don't have any help. I don't mean steady or anything but for some special canning job or errand or anything that I could offer to help with. She may not need help or might think I shouldn't but I just thought it would be a possibility if things worked out so it would be natural or helpful to offer. I don't know how I got to putting that idea on paper as it just ran through my mind when I took the cake over.
