until 9:45. I have been leaving as soon as visiting hours were over at 8:30. Uncle Eneas and Aunt Fannie W. came to to see Mother today and she was pleased about that. I did not see Aunt but met Uncle Eneas and his daughter Helen. Whatever you decide and learn from the officers you can do, or even ask your Red Cross worker, then let me know. If you want Red Cross to request a leave wire me and I'll get it done. If you decide to wait of course you'll get letters every day and emergency word if anything happens. I wish I could comfort you dear. Since I can't do that, I must be content by doing every thing I can for Mother. Each request, big or little, I've tried to get taken care of. Goodnight, Laddie.
