Talked a minute to Rosie and then ran over to Steele's. Earl & Hazel were there. Ray is out policing -- they are moving army rigs thru here tonight to D M for a war show. If all the army stuff and time and men were at real business instead of show stuff it strikes me it would lick the Axis faster and that in spite of the fact the proceeds go to war charities. Maybe I don't have the right idea, but -- . Otis is still home. I was there just a minute and came home. Earl
