we were married some time. But she remembered it and smiled over it lots of times I guess when we were together with her. It is surely great to think that was her way of being a Mother and Mother-in-law. She says I am good to her and have been; but of all the Mother-in-laws a girl might get, she wouldn't have any better. If I am ever a Mother-in-law I'll have a very high standard for my example. Writing things like that seems stiff and awkward but I'd tell you that right now if you were here. And even though stiff in writing you know I mean every word. I did a batch of housework today. Went grocery shopping with Alberta. Drove out to the farm. They guy is shingling. There was nothing in bloom in the garden there that was
