2 I'm home now and it is just nine o'clock. Ardy has three days vacation now so I am going to get to see her. We visited a while this afternoon then she went home and I went to the hospital. Tomorrow night Kate Engel Montague will be here and we are all going to try to meet. Her husband got his second lieu commission in July and is now stationed at Rockford. Connections are good so they have some week-ends together now at least. She is afraid to give up her work at Psycho Hosp as he may have to go over seas and she likes this particular job so well she wouldn't want to have to work any other place. Ardy said Hedberg got fired and is replaced by Co Clerk Lindquist. Axmear appointed in Lundquist's place and he is the Republican candidate too this fall. It is alleged
