36 (Forgot the number yesterday again, didn't I?) 817-19-St. S.E. Cedar Rapids, Iowa August 25, 1942 Dearest, The fancy air mail sign doesn't mean for you to follow the order to "reply by air mail" but it is a sticker Mr McConkie gave me to earmark the letter. Mother rested better today and was not so mixed up in her ideas. Rosie came with George and she asked Rosie to come back again. Rosie's hands are as cold as mine so Mother liked the feel of them on her head and knew they were different ones than mine. She was some confused in things she said but answered necessary questions better and was able to finish saying words she started today. She swallowed better too. Aunt Min is getting along O.K.
