4 will let the job go. And fix it up temporarily by letting the drain out on the lawn. I'll be glad to get both jobs done and I'm sure now it will be possible to get the men to do them. Last year it was the roof - this year the basement. Next year if it is the main floor you'll have to come home to 'tend it! I try to keep stuff all up. Bills and taxes are paid, what repairs I think can't wait without danger of more damage I try to get done. You know what a list I always had for you! When you get home there will be all those important things still! I'm glad you told me how and what about so many things. I hope, and I think, you'll approve whatever I've been able to get somebody to do. But it won't be as good as you would fix it. Stuff in the house I aim to do
