Saving...
4 Looked some more at dishes today. Those I told you about still look the best. Because your mail was delayed somewhere you didn't get the questions I asked about dishes in time to answer this week. So I expect your letter I get Monday may say. I don't ask you things because I feel I have to but because I like your interest and think you have good ideas. Mrs Harvey in the Centerville office thought it was a big mistake to let your husband think he was going to be consulted about liking your hat or anything else the wife purchased. I think we share stuff and want to buy things for ourselves and the house that seem to be good to the other partner too. Don't you? It is have, it is just the most companionable way don't you think? Off to post office I go now laddie. I don't know what I'd do if I didn't have all the good "sharings" of ours to think about. It makes it easier too to work for the county when the people we both knew are so decent to me. Not those in power, they are not, but your fellow workers. Goodnight, laddie Love, Laura that's supposed to be a smile but I got the space crowded!
