not sleep then and I took aspirin almost every day. Now I feel terribly alone sometimes but it is not the all the time sort of sickness that it was. Just having you home, even under the times of trouble that your visits were, helped so much. We had a chance to talk and to repeat and say again and in different ways the ever growing nearness and affection we both have. And then I could know for sure that the hard, mean, tough things in army life and training were not changing the you that is my husband. I have seen what has happened to service men and so I was probably more concerned than I would have been if my work hadn't been in all the human contacts it has. I never doubted your superior ability,
